According to me the answer should be....a) and b).Because there is sum potential energy at A which is converted to rotational and translational kinetic energy at B.Since BC has no friction, while going upward to C, the rotational kinetic energy will remain the same  but the translational KE will change into potential energy only and thus hc will be less than ha .
Now, since KE at C  is there in the form of rotational KE whereas KE at A is 0
thus...Kc >Ka
Please tell me if i am wrong sumwhere....
