Dear quite a valid doubt when the loop moves completely inside the magnetic field out of four side the two side which are perpendicular to the velocity cancels each others induced emf but when the loop leaves the magnetic field with a part of it lying out side the magnetic field and a part of it inside the magnetic field an emf is induced in the side which is inside the magnetic field
