Dear
Your diagram is not VISIBLE but one thing is sure in all possible cases net electric field must be zero inside a conductor .
And gauss doe not relate electric field to total charge enclosed but flux to charge
Id total flux is zero for closed surface it doesn't imply electric field to be zero also
