there are z couples so, no. of men=z no. of women=z. prizes can be given out in 2zCm ways. now for q1: required probability= 1- (probability of either all the winners are either women or all are men) =1- 2 (zCm/2zCm) for q2: required probability= 2 ( z ( z-1Cm-2/2zCm) )
