Dear
  If it is a rigid body and its axis of rotation is not changing then angular velocity is not changing in magnitude or direction
 .
 and obviously the velocities provided in your question are linear velocities

And the question now remained to solve is How to find the radius vector
 Radius vector will be different for two  points  ( you can use triangles law to find the radius vector one point on the axis is given

So that we can use the relationship v = R cross omega

Try with these logics form equations if not able to then let me know


Note :You may end up in more variables and lesser equations .


And since its a rigid body the angular velocity must be same for both the point
