i gave my bits on 12th.the level of questions are comparable with AIEEE though u may find maths and logical much easier than AIEEE.english is tough if u get synonyms and antonyms otherwise its ok.it all depends on luck. in physics many questions are asked from mechanics especially from centre of mass.as usual electromagnetics is a main chapter. maths is pretty easy.just prepare as u have done for AIEEE. chemistry has some memory based questions mainly from bio chemistry.also a lot of questions are asked from physical chem. logical is very easy and english depends on ur luck.
