i suppose u mean "how does a satellite move when no one feels gravity inside the satellite"

there is actually gravitational force between the earth and the satellite, but ppl inside wont feel it as they are in a frame(satellite) which moves in the same direction of gravity

u can understand better from this example
why an elevator falls freely, eventhough we dont feel gravity inside it

but gravity is necessary for satellite to move

remember the relation

mv^2 / r = GMm/r^2
