i am doubtful about the fact that +q wulod remain there isolated without getting dispersed. if got dispersed +q-q==0. so the other way round
not getting dispersed. so the effective charge inside a sphere of radius r=====q-effective = q - q [r / R ]^3 thus u get the ele.feild at r dist away= k * q-effective / (r^2)
thus u get the graph ,at r>R feild=0.
