u say that u dont want to study things again ... then DONT even think of dropping a year .... iit or no it it is very tough to drop a year and prepare on oneself ... and only if u think that engineering is what u want to excel at and really think that iit is worth it .. then only drop ... but remember there it wud require atleast 10 hrs of study from ur side EVERYDAY .... for the next year ... and the same things perhaps in even more detail so that things may be gud ... but with this kind of a mental attiude that u dnt want to study things again dont even go by whatever people say abt iit or any other institute in the entire world ,... do u get it .. it is only for ur benefit ... rest it is all upon u
