Why don't u start practicing yoga? This will not only help u 2 remain active & fresh but also healthy which is the 1st & foremost need 4 a sound mind.Secondly no one can help in preparing ur timetable except ur own self as different people have different needs. - Instead of taking long breaks take short breaks after each hour while studying.
- Do not study when ur brain starts rejecting the things.
- whatever u do have interest in it.
- Have a sound sleep 2 keep ur mind fresh.
- Instead of watching TV use ur free time in some creative works.
- Instead of learning facts give more emphasis on practical study.
