What does y approach as x approaches a number a= limit x app. a
REMEMBER: approaching a means x is never equal to a(& 1/0 is not infinity)
Continuty.. Just see the graph of a function ...if it contains a break... its dicontinuos...otherwise not... The condition for a function f(x) to be continuous: LHL(atx=a) = RHL(atx=a) = f(a)
