if a1,a2 r the acc then the relative velocity would be
( (a1)^2 + (a2)^2 - 2a1.a2.c0s(theta) )^1/2
here i have assumed that the sphere is moving uniformly.
if otherwise we need to get the value of rate of change in w to gett angular acc which help us in giving tangential accelaration.
a1--resultant of the tanget. acc and radial acc of the top
radial acc==v^2 / r
tangent acc==0.
a2--radial component only acts here=v^2/r

theta=180

sub to get the answer==2v^2/r
if u dont mind plz rate me
