I got the solution !!!

I was confused why dielectric srength is given . But when I read the theory , I understood .

Dielectruc strength is the min. E at which breakdown occurs .

Now , E =Q/AE_o ( E=electric field b/w plates )

 When E is minimum , then A is maximum .

therefore , A =Q/EE_o

 Put values , and we get the answer as 0.45 m² .
