i have also thought the same.............but not getting the answer. can they be the air trapped in water.we can see that these bubles r comming from the botttam surface of the vessel.as the heat frm the vessel is transmitted to the dissolved air no more it is soulble in water.so in entered the gas stage .so it may be becomming a buble with an independent existsence.it may not get the required from the water surface or intrior because water is quickly absorb the heat which it uses in the category of latent heat.but u may doubt why on boiling only it appears.it may be because then only the temperature as required for this process haas reached........
plz rate me if u dont mind...........atleast i have shared my thoughts with u
