im telling u a good way of solving such questions
we take v=(ucosQ) i + (usinQ-gt) j i,j are unit vectors to x,y axis Q is angle made with the ground and the point from where the particle is thrown as origin so the equation of the inclined plane in 2-D is y=(1/sqrt(3))x
we tale vector m=cos 30 i +sin 30 j this is unit vector along plane we know the angle at which it hits the plane
wetake dot product of v and m v.m=|v||m|cosF
where F is the final angle at which it hits the plane hope u get it!!
