Bharath University(Bharath Institute of Higher Education & Research)

Former Sri Lakshmi Ammal Educational Trust later evolved as Bharath University(Bharath Institute of Higher Education & Research) with a motive to impart high standard Science and Technology education to aspiring Engineers, scientists, technology experts, and architects. It started in the year 1984 and gained the status of deemed university in the year 2003 by UGC.
