    Naval College of Engineering (NCE) Points to Ponder

     

  • Physical standards of candidate required for admission: Minimum height 157 cms with correlated weight and proportionate chest with minimum 5 cms expansion. Eye Sight: Unaided distant vision 6/12 6/12.

  • Candidates will be enrolled as Cadets and are required to complete Naval Orientation Course at the Naval Academy, Goa for 6 months followed by 4 years Engineering Course at the Naval College of Engineering. INS Shivaji, LonavlAfter the interval of every 6 months cadets will be granted 3 weeks leave.

  • B. Tech. Degree will be awarded by Jawaharlal Nehru University after the completion of course successfully.

  • Successful cadets will be awarded with permanent commission in the Navy as Technical Officers.
