Engineering Entrance , NCE
- Physical standards of candidate required for admission: Minimum height 157 cms with correlated weight and proportionate chest with minimum 5 cms expansion. Eye Sight: Unaided distant vision 6/12 6/12.
- Candidates will be enrolled as Cadets and are required to complete Naval Orientation Course at the Naval Academy, Goa for 6 months followed by 4 years Engineering Course at the Naval College of Engineering, INS Shivaji, Lonavala. After the interval of every 6 months cadets will be granted 3 weeks leave.
- B. Tech. Degree will be awarded by Jawaharlal Nehru University after the completion of course successfully.
- Successful cadets will be awarded with permanent commission in the Navy as Technical Officers.
- The Candidates will be promoted as midshipmen for completing last one year and after completing the naval engineering (B.Tech) course, the candidate will act as sub-lieutenant by their rank position. Successful cadets will be awarded with permanent commission in the Navy as Technical Officers.
