• Once the result is declared Merit list for each course will be published separately and the details I of candidates including merit rank, score card and total marks along with total marks in each subject are uploaded on the website. Students must keep check on newspapers and website from time to time foe result declaration.


• In case two students get a tie:
  
  
  
  1. Firstly, the student who has given less incorrect answers is preferred
  
  
  2. Secondly, for admission into
     
     -B.Tech. marks obtained in paper 2 and then by age
     
     -B. Arch. marks obtained in Paper 6 and then by age.
     
     -B. Tech. Ag. Engg.) marks obtained in Paper 5 or paper 2 and then by age.
  
  

• Counseling after the declaration of UPSEE result is conducted in two phases: Off-Campus On-Line Counseling and On-Campus On-line Counseling in case of off-Campus online counseling candidates can make their choices of branches and institution by logging on to http://www.seeuptu.nic.in and clicking on offline counseling option.


• Domicile Requirements
  
  
  
  1. Candidates who have passed their qualifying examination from the state of Uttar Pradesh and have claim/ no claim for any reservation can apply under General (OPEN) seats.
  
  
  2. Candidates who have passed their qualifying examination from institution outside Uttar Pradesh and whose parents are domicile of UP and have claim/no/claim on any reserved category can also apply for UPSEE.
  
  
  3. If andidate is a son/daughter of defense personnel or employee of All India Services belonging to U. P. can also apply for UPSEE.
  
  

Note:

Candidates belonging to SC/ST or any other reserved category are required to provide their certificates and domicile certificates of their parents at the time of their counseling.
