    Orissa Joint Entrance Examination (JEE)  Points to ponder

     

  • Admission to the engineering courses offered is completely based on the merit list produced by JEE office and allocation of colleges is given on the day of counseling.

  • Counseling dates to selected candidates is dispatched along with rank card.

  • Candidates are required to bring along their original certificates and their copies as well which will be retained by JEE office for records.

  • Counseling fee per candidate is Rs. 200/- and is non-refundable. Counseling fee is paid in the form of an Account Payee Bank Draft in favor of ''JEE - 2008'' drawn on any Nationalized Bank payable at Bhubaneswar. Rs.16,000 are required to be paid through a separate A/c Payee Bank Draft drawn in favor of ''JEE-2008'' on any Nationalized Bank payable at Bhubaneswar. Rs. 4,500/- will be deposited with university and rest will be the college fee.

  • Documents that candidates are required to bring along at the time of counseling

    1. Admit card

    2. Rank letter

    3. Original Date of Birth Certificate

    4. 10+2 Certificate.10+2 Mark sheet and 10th Mark sheet

    5. Certificate and mark sheet of Diploma in Architecture

      (For candidates claiming reservation having Diploma in Architecture)

    6. School/College Leaving Certificate

    7. Residential Certificate in the prescribed form

    8. Relevant SC/ST Certificate in the prescribed form

    9. Green Card issued by Family Welfare Deptt. of Orissa in original for children of Green card holders

    10. Relevant certificate of Defence/ Paramilitary service of candidate's parent/ spouse

    11. Any other relevant certificate as mentioned in this Brochure.
