Hii sonalexam,
Just analyze your scorecard. Your Physics and Mathematics is bit a little tougher than your chemistry performance. So you will have to work out very hard to transform your weaknesses into your strength. The only way to do this is to start preparing hardly for your goal.
I think that you do not need much of the efforts in Chemistry. So just make chemistry as your strong point and start preparing for chemistry whole heartedly.
One more important thing is that you require hard work in Physics and Mathematics. You should bring some standard books and try to grasp the fundamentals well and ya, goiit is always there to help you out. Go through the study material on Goiit and clear your fundamentals.
