just answering ur ques

mg=N occurs when the car stops at the top.
mgcos@-mv^2 / R = N
at top @=0.
ie mg - mv^2/R =N

if the velocity of the car is increasing down the slope then theta increasing.ie cos theta decreasing........so we cannot say any linear relatoin exit between the cent. force and normal reaction
