just answering ur ques
mg=N occurs when the car stops at the top. mgcos@-mv^2 / R = N at top @=0. ie mg - mv^2/R =N
when velocity increases the centrifugal force increases...........yes if the velocity of the car is increasing down the slope then theta increasing.ie cos theta decreasing........so we cannot say any linear relatoin exit between the cent. force and normal reaction
