Well IIT's do not allow transfer of seats ... it is clearly written that no transfer of seat across iit's is allowed ..

 

However since ur case is a critical one .. u can try i guess .

 

I think u wud need to take a special permission .. and will have to talk to authorities in IIT guwahati ...
