hbti was a good institute during my time, especially for chemical. yes with time the reputation has definitely taken a plunge...
how do you feel about giving prepparation a second shot.
You can you take JEE again even if you are in a college. So why not join the college and try again?
Whats your parents take on it? what do they suggest?
