IIT aasan nahi hain par use aasan karna hoga-"Jaise DON ko pakadna mumkin krna hoga", lets see WHY???There are certain advices one can follow:
Stress must be put on understanding the fundamentals of any subject and how it can be built 'brick-by-brick' from its logical originating point. Understanding the basics is much more important than mere practice.

. Preparation for JEE should be pattern-independent, since the JEE examiners are not looking for students who can excel only on a particular pattern of the exam. Instead, they want students who can analyze critically and think rationally and logically.
If one has the time, the inclination and the aptitude required, one shud b encouraged to undertake a study of any topic that is, although irrelevant, but of interest to him/her. This should not be considered a waste of time, but a sign of a scientific and inquisitive mind.
One can take the help of any course material to make himself/herself academically strong, temperamentally sound, methodical in approach, quick and accurate in applying the concepts, wich wl psychologically tune him/her with the examination pattern - all the factors collectively culminating in his/her success in IIT-JEE.
The course which one enrolls for shud cover the intensive theory and problems supplemented by scheduled test papers exactly on JEE pattern.
While preparation one shud stress upon the following
? Confidence building
? Development of excellence and self ? discipline
? Development of solid foundation knowledge and personality,
? Enhancement of creativity through motivation and drive that helps to produce professionals well trained for the rigours of the job/society.
To give one's best, one really need to develop an interest in whatever one studies, by looking at the subject from a logical and scientific angle, by questioning its theories and by wondering about its various aspects. This will also help him/her develop an aptitude in the subject that he/she might not possess at the outset. In addition, one needs to develop a sound examination temperament.
Finally to end the topic,
the last comment dat always remains to b told-
A keen inquisitive mind and a broad, logical scientific and positive outlook is all one needs to get into one of the IITs.
