If you choose phy. edu... you will save a lots of time for preparation of iitjee.... and if you choose comp, you will have to spare some of your precious time on it... phy edu will be of no use in future.. .. and comp will be of some help as all eng colleges have at least one compulsary course in basic programming...
but i would suggest that better choose phy edu... it wil help you get better rank at jee.. and when you get bout a month free after jee... just learn some basic programming ... you can do it all by yourself.. that will be sufficient...
