here is the answer

 i willl take any 10 coins & flip them . now the group of those 10 coins & others coins will be the required groups

logic:-

let us assume that in those 10 coins, i hv taken ,there were x heads& when i flip them then the no. of head will be( 10 - x ) & in the other group same no. of head  will be there as the no. of total heads r 10
