no... you dont need to remember the approx values.. all you need to remember is the order they follow.... that also for the important elements.... for example... you can rememer the electrochemical series as..
PCS MAZINTL & CMS GT
which can be expanded as.. potassium, calcium. sodium. magnisium, aluminium, zinc, iron, nickel, tin, lead, & for Hydrogen, then copper, mercury, silver, gold and tungsten.....
this will be sufficient for soving objective problems.. and if question is based on exact values.. the values would be given in the problem.
