i thik the answer is a the electric feild inside the conducting shell is zero. hence no force is experineced by the charge inside.
answer c is wrong becaz net force in that case will not be zero. the sytem in that case poesess a posive charge.hence it will flow in the direction of the feild.
answer d,b is wrong becauz if no force is acting then u cannot say there is "net force that is zero".
