well , AIEEE isn't a college first of all, but the colleges that come under it can be arguably put above Vellore, like some NIT's & the IIIT's and thapar + PEC ............if u're askin abt facilities as in non-academic ....then certainly Vellore is quite plush and all, but then physical comfort is found in many sub-standard schools of Delhi, doesn't mean you'll join them , does it ? BTW vellore isn't that bad, but it certainly comes nowhere near the top , perhaps on par with BVP, IP & JAYPEE
