As it clear from the bar graph above, there was a tremendous rise in the selection rates at IIT-JEE from Bansal Classes that is attributed largely to the presence of Mr.Rajan Khare.


 There were times when students used to stay at his place and keep solving questions and even in the middle of the night they had some problems they would wake him up without any hitch. His immense potential, vast knowledge and humble nature has made him an unforgettable name in the history of Kota Coaching. Not to forget, that he had marks left behind in Hyderabad that finally reaped. The premier name in education ‘Narayana’ where Mr.Khare had once taken guest lectures finally planned to setup a center at Kota. Narayana headed by Dr. P.Narayana and established in 1979 was a reckoning and widespread name in Southern India with several centeres. For this venture to be a success at Kota, the only name that could be trusted upon by the Narayana Group was unanimously the name of Mr.Rajan Khare and thus his long lasting relation with Bansal Classes ended on a cordial note and he joined the Narayana Coaching Institute at the prestigious position of Director – Academics. This collaboration of the master duo, created a wave of  Narayana Institute at Kota and the brand name of Mr.Rajan resulted in overwhelming response in admissions and enrollments. This can be best explained by the analysis below :

Initial target decided upon for enrollments in the first year was  300. This target was however achieved within only 10 days !!!

Seeing this overwhelming response the resources were to be enhanced and a target of 500 student intake was decided upon for the present academic year of 2004-05.

This intake was supposed to be far more than satisfactory for Dr. P. Narayana but the magnetic name of Mr. Rajan Khare was continuing to attract the students and ultimately the target of 500 students was crossed by the first month of opening of the institute. The whole market was shocked and surprised to see this never before development and the Narayana Institute had ultimately to stop its enrollments at the astronomical figure of 1200!!!

Needless to say this benchmark achievement marked the beginning of the Golden Era of Mr.Rajan Khare . He was now the most sought after teacher in the IIT-JEE Arena of the whole country and the standards set by him became a norm for the students and upcoming teachers. To felicitate the affection and respect of the all, it was decided upon by the Narayana Academy upon the proposal of Director, Mr.Rajan Khare, a grand party New Year party was organized on 31st December, 2004, at Kota. The lavishness of this event are remembered even today in every sector of Kota. The selections from Narayana were remarkable and soon established Narayana as a reliable and popular brand name under the Directorship of Mr. Rajan Khare. He continued to work with Narayana from the years 2004 to 2006 and later his commitment and dedication towards imparting sincere education to students prompted him to join back Bansal Classes and this pioneer academician is continuing to raise the academic standards of engineering coaching.

Mr.Rajan Khare is also among few noted Indians who are member of the Chemical Society of United States. Apart from having his personal website by the address www. Concept Development Sessions (CDS) which have emerged as a unique tool for improving the performance and selection rate of the students have also been developed by him.
