.......journey of Mr.Rajan Khare    

This noted academician and a rare genius, Mr. Rajan Khare holds an emotional relation with IITs. Being an excellent blend of intelligence and IQ, he shifted his base to the capital city of Delhi from his native place Jhansi, in the year 1997 and started preparation for Indian Civil Services Examination. His passion for IITs prompted him to simultaneously start taking IIT coaching classes in the very prestigious coaching academy by the name MIIT which was headed by the then Income Tax Commissioner, Mr. Munish Sharma. The rise of the pioneer had begun and the coming years were to see landmark changes in the field of competitive examinations coaching and thus a new era was to begin with the entry of this man.

Mr. Khare continued to teach in MIIT till the year 1999 and the most interesting development in this period of his career was that he cleared the Civil Services Main Examination twice in the consecutive years 1997 and 1998 and was called for interview, but destiny had other laurels in store for him. He went to Hyderabad in the year 1999, and this was the first time that this region of the country tasted the unique and effective teaching approach of Mr. Rajan Khare. He taught both for IIT and Java and later on joined the well known coaching institute Nalanda as a permanent Faculty. Nalanda was also running their Engineering and Medical colleges and was regarded as a premier name. By this time he was so very popular in Hyderabad that he was invited by other leading institutes like Narayana etc. for guest lectures. Being humble in nature, he used to oblige students by giving them special classes at his own place. It was in Hyderabad only, where he developed the remarkable and landmark concept of Internet Coaching Education which changed the scenario of coaching forever. Now it became possible for the students of far flung areas to enjoy the unique teaching methodology of Mr. Khare. 

By this time, his widespread name also became well known in the engineering coaching hub of Kota and as a result the best till date IIT-JEE of Department, Chemistry. This was an offer hard to resist and thus the gem finally embedded into the right place. He went to Kota in the year 2001 and it was suddenly news in this sector. A widespread coverage was done by the local media. The total potential output of the Bansal  Classes saw remarkable changes during his tenure here. There was a substantial rise in the selection rate of Bansal Classes and Mr.Khare became a popular brand name. By this time, his popularity among students was so widespread that almost all students literally started striving to study from him.
