If anxiety or particular difficulties with study skills are a problem, read the leaflets in this series on 'Anxiety', 'Procrastination', 'Work Block', etc. Preparing for exams Start a revision programme in good time before the exams. Happiness
HAPPINESS Two men, both seriously ill, occupied the same hospital room. One man was allowed to sit up in his bed for an hour each afternoon to help drain the fluid from his lungs. His bed was next to the room's only window. The other man had to spend all his time flat on his back. The men talked for hours on end. I have seen many aspirants asking that they are losing motivation midway in their preparation. So i felt like sharing this with you. This would give a somewhat necessary boost to you...   #1 Set a major goal, but follow a path. The path has mini goals that go in many directions. When you learn to succeed at mini goals, you will be motivated to challenge grand goals. #2 Finish what you start. A half finished project is of no use to anyone. Quitting is a habit. Develop the habit of finishing self-motivated projects. #3 Socialize with others of similar interest. Mutual support is motivating. We will develop the attitudes of our five best friend   more ...
