the day was 11 may 1991... ..the clock showed 10:10 pm
*the LTTE was creating master plans to end the life of a young dashing leader (RG).....
*laetita casta.. pablo garcia..were celebrating their birthdays...
*bob marley was being mourned ... and it was sum anniversary of the launch of HMS BEAGLE (charles darwin..rememba?)..
so on this magnificent day... a small cute baby was dropped onto the earth...
he was lovingly called AChu..by his loving parents...and the world followed...
after 28 days..he was officially named ASHWIN MENON....and the journey started...
tHE fIrSt fEw yeArs were heaven... he got delicious food everyday in regular intervals....and all he needed to get some extra food was to make a small noise and let some water flow frm his eyes.....everyone was competing to make him laugh and adore his chubby body....a free oil massage and hot water bath everyday.. ohh!!...that was the life..
then came the year 1994...
this young boy..with an array of impeccable greycells was sent to some KG to tame his grey cells..their started the deterioration of his freedom
He grew in height and in rank and skipped his UKG to enter into his 1st at the mere age of 5.. wat a pity... their he was teased ..he teased bak..he was beaten..he beat back...he was loved..he loved bak...lol..
so the years went by and this boy went on topping the classes .... and his father kept shifting frm one corner of india to the other...so the boy had to go with him too...mumbai..delhi.. magalore...port blair.. everywhere...the boy followed....
the year was 2001...
recieved his first shining badge to pin on his shirt to skul everyday...hehe....
the same year turned out to be a lucky one... he recieved his first proposal frm a gal who had gone head over heels for him.. he was small he was innocent....he said.."LETS be frnds"..and then there was no turning bak..he recieved numerous such interested? queries frm a varied array of feminine counterparts which he elegantly rejected coz none matched his needs( which infact seems impossible in todays world too)..
that was his luv life
then there was his academic side...
frm 1st to 7th managed to beat all the dweebs in the class got beaten by a dweeb in eighth and then again continued to beat all the dweebs till the AISSE 2007 and as the years passed grew on to be a NOT SO BORING orator( concluded that frm the numerous prizes he got for his speeches and extempores)..(thanks to enid blyton ,jk rowling and dan brown)
then he was uprooted frm NOIDA... the base of frnds and resources that he had set up was destroyed..he was replanted in calicut.. where he had to start frm the scratch... and wat a start it was... entered straight into the hearts of his skoolmates( atleast a few of them)
... then there was no turning bak... in few months he regained hsi TITLE>>"THE SCANDALOUS SCHOLASTIC".... then again went on to beat all the dweebs that year too..
then was the beginning of his last year at skool..started off with the happy event of him being crowned as the HEAD BOY... wat a moment it was... then he and his class ruled the skool in every aspect....with gr8 difficulty his class earned the name of the most notorious class in the skool... but beating all odds..he sailed on thru the days..... and at the end it was feb 21....jus a few days to the boards... and alas!!...the end of skool life was nearing.....and just one thot remains in his mind...WHOOOO!!!...wat a ride it was....
fEbrUAry 22..2oo8< OFFICIALLY KICKed OUR A** OUT OF SKOOL )...wat a ceremoNy it was.. a day fUll of sPEeches And sPEEches And mOre spEEches..noT to fORgeT tHE sevEn spEEches thAt fOLoowEd tHE thREE that cAme aFter tHE fIRst 10 SPEechES tHAT waS prEcEdEd by ThE inAugRAl Set of SPeeChes..SPEECHY DAY IT WAS..sheesh!!...... and the boy continues and waits in hope of fulfilling his dreams... |
